These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kiwi Competitions website and your participation in any competition hosted on our platform. By accessing our website or entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Kiwi Competitions is operated in the United Kingdom. Our registered address is available upon request.

To enter any competition on Kiwi Competitions, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom
• Have a valid email address and provide accurate personal information
• Not be an employee, officer, or immediate family member of Kiwi Competitions

Each competition requires you to correctly answer a skill-based question before purchasing tickets. This is a legal requirement that classifies our competitions as prize competitions rather than lotteries.

Entries can be made by:

• Paid entry: Purchase tickets online via our secure checkout (card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay)
• Free postal entry: Send your full name, address, date of birth, and the competition name on a postcard or plain paper to our postal address (available on each competition page)

Free postal entries carry the same chance of winning as paid entries. One free postal entry is permitted per person per competition.

Ticket prices are displayed on each competition page and are charged in British Pounds (GBP). All prices include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. All transactions are non-refundable once completed, unless required by law.

Some competitions may have a maximum ticket limit per person to ensure fairness.

Each competition has a scheduled end date. The draw will take place either on that date or when all tickets are sold — whichever comes first.

Winners are selected using a certified random number generator. Only entries with a correct answer to the skill question are eligible.

If insufficient tickets are sold, we reserve the right to extend the draw date, reduce the prize, or offer a cash alternative of equal or lesser value.

Winners will be notified by email and telephone using the contact details on their account. Winners must respond within 14 days or the prize may be forfeited and a new winner drawn.

Physical prizes are delivered free of charge via tracked courier to a UK address. Cash prizes are transferred via bank transfer within 48 hours of confirming the winner’s details.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless stated otherwise. Prize images are for illustration purposes only.

Kiwi Competitions shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in any competition, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical failures, postal delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

All content on the Kiwi Competitions website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Kiwi Competitions and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
