Yes! Every competition has a free postal entry route. Write your full name, address, date of birth, and the competition name on a postcard or plain paper and send it to our address. Free postal entries have exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries. One free entry per person per competition.

Winners are selected using a certified random number generator after the competition ends or once all tickets have been sold. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning. The draw is conducted transparently and results are published on our website and social media.

Each competition has a set end date displayed on its page. The draw takes place either on that date or when all tickets sell out — whichever comes first. If not enough tickets are sold, we may extend the draw date or draw with whatever tickets have been sold.

Yes — you must answer the skill-based question correctly to be eligible for the draw. Don’t worry, the questions are designed to be straightforward and the correct answer is usually obvious. This is a legal requirement that makes our competitions skill-based rather than a lottery.

Winners are notified by email and phone using the contact details on their account. We also announce winners on our website’s Winners page and on our social media channels. Make sure your contact details are up to date!

Physical prizes (phones, consoles, etc.) are delivered free of charge to your door via tracked courier, usually within 3–5 working days. Cash prizes are transferred directly to your bank account within 48 hours of confirming your details.
